Yes! We have a two week policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange it.
Items must be returned (at the customer’s expense) unused, in the condition they were received and in their original packaging. All returned merchandise will be subject to inspection by our team. If the merchandise does not pass our return guidelines, (ie.damaged, missing parts or is returned after the 14 day window has passed ) we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or exchange.
Once we have received your returned merchandise and inspected it, we will then contact you via email to confirm and if applicable will issue a refund to the credit card used to make your purchase.

Yes! Our scarves are steamable and ironable. Just be sure to use a low setting. Remember to store your scarf untied to preserve it’s longevity.

Our scarves are made of 100% Italian silk. Each scarf is printed, cut, and carefully sewn in Portugal.
